In cases where:

1. “AFS token”  expired
2. “AFS token”  is not present (when you login  at farm and get diagnostics: /usr/bin/xauth: timeout in locking authority    file ~/.Xauthority,.~/bash_profile: Permission denied)

Execute the commands:
