To access the resources of the grid infrastructure, you need get a digital user certificate. Obtaining a digital certificate requires contacting the Certification Center, which in Russia is the Kurchatov Institute (RDIG Certification Authority): http://ca.grid.kiae.ru/RDIG/.
By contacting this address, you get access to detailed instructions in Russian on the procedure for obtaining a digital certificate. After completing the actions described there, you will generate a document for obtaining a certificate, which should be printed, filled out, signed and handed over to the persons responsible at JINR (Registration Authority at JINR, RA):

You can get a ready-made certificate from RDIG Certification Authority only after confirmation of your person by RA.
