The software for the analysis of experimental data of encephalography,
which does not require installation on the user’s computer and
additional licensing, has been created. It has been found that cloud
technologies meet all the requirements, and the model of service
provision “Application as a Service” (Software as a Service) was chosen.
In the paper we propose a unified concept of the analysis of the
encephalography data using a variety of methods for the signal
components allocation. The concept was implemented by including the
following programs in the cloud resource: – calculation of the forward
and reverse Fourier transform for a long time series; – quantitative
analysis of the encephalogram; – independent components; – calculations
of the main components; – solutions to the inverse problem of magnetic
encephalography using magnetic resonance tomogram of the subject. As a
result of this work, created was a cloud service MathBrain, designed for
use by experts in biology and medicine.
